Publishing & Limits

You may have reached your plan’s active (published) sign-up sheet limit. When this happens, publishing is temporarily blocked.

Your limit depends on your plan. Your current draft and active sign-up sheet counts are always visible in your dashboard.

You’ll need to delete an existing sign-up sheet — or upgrade your plan — before publishing or creating additional sign-up sheets.

Drafts & Copies

Copying a sheet creates a new draft so you can review or adjust it before sharing. This prevents accidental reuse of live links.

Yes, but draft limits apply based on your plan.

Sharing & Links

Copy the unique link from your sheet list, or use the Share buttons on the sheet to send it via Facebook or email.

Sign-up sheet URLs are locked to prevent broken links once shared. New and copied sign-up sheets automatically generate new URLs.

Changes take effect immediately — you do not need to send a new link.

Sign-Ups & Participants

Exports, Printing & PDFs

Email & Notifications

Email template customization is a Premium feature. Locked sections indicate features available with an upgrade.

The organizer contact form allows participants to send a message directly to the sign-up sheet organizer. Messages are delivered to the email address you choose.

This feature is available to Premium users and can be enabled on individual sign-up sheets.

Deleting Sign-up Sheets

Deleting a sign-up sheet permanently removes it and disables its link. This action cannot be undone.

Anyone visiting the link will see an error — the link cannot be restored.

Privacy & Access

No. Sheets are accessible by direct link only.
No. Sheets are not indexed or searchable.

Yes. You can password protect a sign-up sheet by setting a password using the Quick Edit options for that sheet. When a password is set, anyone accessing the link will be prompted to enter the password before viewing the sheet.

Passwords are managed from the Quick Edit settings for each sign-up sheet. You can add, update, or remove a password at any time.

Troubleshooting
